Shakthi Tools & Engineering is private Industry started in the year Nov-2008 by two young Mechanical engineers with area 6000 sq ft located in prime Industrial area of Peenya at Bangalore .
We supply the cutting tools in different form like , Brazed, Insert , Solid carbide etc as per customer requirements and Drawings.
We also manufacture special purpose machines like precision parameter measuring equipment’s ( Test Benches) to measure Force/Torque/Angle/with Displacement to customer’s specification.
Also automated Mechanical & Electrical short ckt test benches using PLC and NI control systems.
We manufacture mechanical Jigs & Fixture for different application like sub assembly and Assembly lines with EOL test benches.
We do Job works of Optical Profile Grinding /Surface Grinding/Cylindrical Grinding / Wire EDM / Laser Engraving and Induction Silver Brazing.
We have ISO 2015 Quality procedure for assuring Quality in Raw material, stage wise, Final inspection till delivery with sophisticated quality lab and trained workforce.
